If the user tries to buy an app wich has only Bango payments while using a Telcel sim card, the error message displayed is not user friendly.

If the user tries to buy an app wich has only Bango payments while using a Telcel sim card, the error message displayed is not user friendly.
Steps to reproduce:
1 - Open Marketplace app when connected via carrier network connection
2 - Find a paid app with only Bango payment account set and try to purchase it
3 - Enter valid FxA credentials
4 - Enter an already set-up PIN and continue
5 - Observe the UNSUPPORTED_PAY error message
Expected bahavior:
A user friendly message id displayed informing the user that the application cannot be purchased using a Telcel sim card.
Actual behavior:
UNSUPPORTED_PAY error message is displayed
