From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.6) Gecko/20011120 BuildID: 2001112009 When I was looking through the preferences, I began opening up the preference categories starting from the top (the first category was open by default). When I had opened the top few, I realized I couldn't access the ones on the bottom anymore since there was no scrollbar. So naturally I started to close the categories, starting with the first one. After closing the first one, a scrollbar appeared and then mozilla crashed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open up edit->preferences 2. start going down the list by opening navigator, composer, mail & news, privacy and security. (note there is no scrollbar) 3. close appearances. (note, a scrollbar should appear then the program should crash. Actual Results: The program crashes whenever I follow those steps. Expected Results: Probably call up the scrollbar as soon as the list overflowed that part of the window. Definitely not crash, though. =) i'll do it again and send the crash data, but i don't want to fill out the form again from scratch.
