Details

This bug tracks development of the MachV feature to improve support for finding plugins. It is mostly about the xpapps portion (separate from the back-end stuff).

we need to look at getting this into 099, or sooner, if it is gonna make MachV.
This requires little or no work on our part. One suggestion is to add a "find plugin" button to the download dialog, but that's not going to happen. Open another feature request bug if we gotta have that. There is a bug for getting the default plugin (and server-side stuff) working. I'll find that and make it a blocker for this one.
