This is a tracking bug for work needed to Expose Clear History Functionality in
Sidebar Tab. Users are asking for easier access from the sidebar panel. To
implement this we should examine whether "Select all /delete", is discoverable,
consider adding "select-all" to the context menu.

This will never be fixed by anyone? What made us change from wanting it to not
wanting it, or would 'future' be more appropriate?

You can now delete folders, we added a Select All item to the context menu, and
now Select All, Delete properly clears history (it did nothing in previous 6.x
releases). Also, the History pref panel is now immediately visible and
accessible when you open preferences from navigator, whereas it used to be
buried in Navigator (the panel has a Clear History button). 4.x had the same
mechanisms in place.

sounds like 'fixed' or 'worksforme' would be more accurate :-), but ->verified.
