Clearly fallout from bug 1002232. OSX 10.10 only so far. Occurs on macosx1014-64 debug and on macosx1014-64-shippable opt build type.

Disabling due to frequent timeout on macosx1014. Patch removes specification for version == 10.10 and replaces with 10.14.
