Details

I would like to create another set of spidermonkey-related builds, but I probably won't want them to be tier 1 (as in, run every push and backout on failure.) I would prefer to have a setup where they run periodically and interested people are kept aware of the current status. I will file additional bugs for the various pieces of this.
