In order to be able to install add-ons on a remote device with the webide (bug 1141833) we will need to have an RDP API to interact with the remote add-on manager in order to install a xpi from the local machine on the remote device, listen for install completion, and eventually disable and uninstall the add-on.
I would also like to use this api to implement `jpm run` and `jpm test` for mobile devices.

Would this cover jpm commands for a local already-running Firefox desktop instance?
Eg: a workflow like...
1. edit add-on code
2. jpm run -b /path/to/running/firefox
3. addon is installed into running firefox
4. GOTO 1

web-ext is using RDP, browser support landed in multiple bugs, I just picked one of them arbitrarily.
