During the Bower work, we started pulling jquery from Bower. Oversight on my part. Previously we were using a build of jquery that had stuff we didn't need like AJAX, possibly JSONP. Let's start using our own build again to save a lot of KBs. Just need to figure out where to put it and host it.

github.com/mozilla/marketplace-jquery features a jQuery build of 2.0.2 without ajax. Bumping most/all the frontend projects.
