User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0
Build ID: 20150312004256

Steps to reproduce:

Make the Firefox window fairly narrow - I used Windows-RightArrow to make it take up half the screen on my laptop.
Note that some of the toolbar icons have been replaced by a chevron, with tooltip text "More tools...".
Click on the chevron.

Actual results:

See attached picture. In writing: the resulting menu has four entries. They appear to be spaced too widely vertically. Also, three of them have an icon on the left with text to the right of the icon, while one of the entries has the icon centered, with the text below it.

Expected results:

The menu entries should be consistent with each other and with other Firefox menus.
I'm running the developer version 38.0a2 (2015-03-12), aurora channel.
Component: Untriaged → Developer Tools
I see the alignment / spacing issues also, even without the devedition theme applied
Component: Developer Tools → Theme
Severity: normal → S3
