* Windows 8.1
* AMD FX 8120
* AMD Radeon HD 7600
* Follow steps for Test 4
Load all the videos in the background. Load the bioshock video, set to HD and let play for about half the video. Put the computer to sleep. Wake the computer up. Verify the videos do not resume playing and many will never resume playing until page is refreshed or, in some cases, until the memory is dumped.

Looks like a potential MSE problem. Moving to Core :: Audio / Video for triage.
