Sometimes we won't be able to generate "daily" pings at midnight. The ping that eventually gets generated (e.g. after the computer wakes up) should indicate the reason for the delay

We can filter out "daily" pings by the pings "reason". From there we can already tell when they were delayed by checking the pings creation date - i think this is sufficient here.
