1) open the test case url:
http://mozqa.com/data/firefox/plugins/plugin-test.html
2) click on the puzzle piece in the addressbar to bring up click-to-play notification popup.
result: only one plugin is listed
expected: multiple plugins expected
Note there's a disabled test for this in browser/base/content/test/plugins

Sorry, that test page just happened to use a bunch of plugin types I don't have installed. This is working AFAICT in e10s.
