This is a meta tracking bug designed to track feature work the XPInstall triage teams have targeted for the MachV release. Someone will nominate (or file) a feature bug. The XPInstall triage team will evaluate that bug and if we decide to target it for the next release we'll add it as a dependency on this meta bug. Please don't add bugs directly to this bug without going through the triage team first.

Verified as a dupe of bug 110838. Jaime, should I add bug 110838 as a dependency on META bug 11417?

Bug 110838 has already been marked as a dependency on META bug 111246. hmmmm ... i don' think we should, bugscape 11417 is a build configuration bug for task for the release of the product, and bug 110838, is for feature work scheduled for MahcV.
