This bug was filled based on the discussion from bug 1044597 comment 22. Reproducible on Aurora 38.0a2(BuildID: 20150323004010) Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0 Under Security tab -> "Change Master Password" dialog: the buttons are pushed into overflow. Notes: There is a difference between Aurora 38.0a2 and Nightly 39.0a1 on Windows 7. Please see bug 1044597 comment 20.

This issue also exists on OSX 10.10.1, Firefox Nighly 40.0a1 (2015-03-31). @Camelia, @Gijs: I mark Firefox 40.0 as affected. I don't see why :Gijs changed the status from "status-firefox39: --- → unaffected" - is the bug only relevant on OSX these days and should the "Platform" flag of this bug be updated accordingly?

Is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1044597#c20 wrong ? We're releasing this with 38 so it needs addressing either way.

This bug describe a difference between Aurora 38.0a2 and Nightly 39.0a1 on Windows 7: on Aurora 38.0a2 - under Security tab -> "Change Master Password" dialog: the buttons are pushed into overflow and on Nightly 39.0a1 - all the buttons are visible (on all dialogs). Only Firefox 38 is affected in this case (on Windows 7). The issue you have seen on OSX 10.10.1, Firefox Nightly 40.0a1 (2015-03-31) is actually bug 1141031 (please see this bug for more details).

Mistakenly filed against Firefox 38 and should be instead 38 Branch. Sorry for the spam. dkl
