Details
Essentially broken.

- Recording new macros won't work (Stop button does nothing);
- Clicking bookmarklets for macros will very rarely launch successfully, but won't run the macro until the end;
- Buttons on the sidebar will randomly work or click but do nothing.

Tested on Nightly 39 2015-03-24

A little prodding from Alex Mayorga led me to look for the status and I found http://forum.imacros.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=7044&p=63011&hilit=e10s#p63011

Long story short, they are aware of the issue. They hope to get this working in the next version, v9. They are currently on v8.

He then links to the version history page at http://wiki.imacros.net/iMacros_for_Firefox#Version_History As of today, the latest I see are 2015-08-21 V8.9.4 BETA and 2015-03-25 V8.9.2.
I've contacted the author hoping to hear how it's going.

iMacros for Firefox 8.9.6
E10s Enabled or Disabled the AddOn fails to play a macro
1. Install iMacros
2. Click the icon in the toolbar
3. Expand Demo-Firefox and select Open6Tabs.iim
4. Click Play
Expect: the 6 tabs are opened in the same window
Actual: Nothing happens, no tabs open. I can also record new macros but they don't play.
Also failed to play in Mac 10.11 in Nightly regardless of E10s status.
Working as expected in the current release 45.0.1
Are We E10s Ready... this also fails in Aurora

Please try this version if you haven't already.

Kus,
Thanks for the update. Please note our E10s AddOn testing is focusing on AddOns stored on the addons.mozilla.org server.
I adjusted the about:config pref for xpinstall and this did not work for Nightly or Aurora. Upon access not of the buttons were clickable, and reference attached for error message. Any additional info you can provide/suggest will be helpful.
Sorry about that. I got the same error as well. Please ignore my last comment. Any idea when e10s will hit beta?
No idea, however, you may be able to get more info on IRC channel #addons

@Jorge, can you help answer this?

The more detailed schedule is here, and it's subject to change: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Electrolysis#Schedule

I believe the current expectation is Firefox 48, which will be in the Beta channel in June.
