1. adb root
2. adb remount
3. adb push <sample 3gp video> /sdcard/
4. adb reboot
5. Go to video app
Observed: Thumbnails of the videos copied on the sdcard are corrupted
Expected: Thumbnails of the videos should be okay

Please also provide your test environment details -- device/gecko/gaia versions/android L or KK etc.

The issue doesn't happen on a flame device so this is something specific to the hardware we are using internally. Closing this bug for now.
