The searchbox in the Applications pane needs to match the spec : https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/P61RQ2CEB#/screens/50297814?maintainScrollPosition=false The search icon needs to be updated. The icon that mmaslaney provided in bug 1014208 is I believe, the same as this one : http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/themes/windows/global/icons/autocomplete-search.svg?raw=1
As for the clear searchbox icon, we can use the icon shorlander provided in bug 1120616.
