The Thank You page is in a totally different style than the rest of the feedback submission process. It doesn't work very well on mobile devices. This bug covers updating the styling of the Thank You page so that it matches the generic feedback form.
Making this block work on overhauling the Thank You page for negative feedback. We should do this first. Putting it in 2015q2.
