Details
Through remote desktop (mstsc) Nightly content window is only show black screen. I had to disable e10s to be able to use Nightly again. I've tried with hw accel on and off also, but it doesn't changed anything.

What version of Nightly are you on, and can you paste your about:support?

In the meantime Nightly has updated itself, and I cannot reproduce the bug.

OK, I was hoping that would happen. Sounds like this is a dupe of bug 1147728 then.
