I notice the problem when I test Bug 1151306.
I am not sure that this is related to the cause of Bug 1151306.
The flickering seems do not occur without e10s.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Clear cache and cookies if any
2. Open http://www.n2yo.com/?s=38348|25544
--- observe Flash ads at the bottom of page (if the ads hides, You moving the mouse pointer over the ad title. Then the ads reappears)
Actual Results:
The Flash ads may flicker few times at the start.
And, The Flash ads is continuously flickering every map update
Expected Results:
The Flash ads may flicker few times at the start.

Triggered by:
0f1095c9567f Mason Chang — Bug 1144317 - Enable vsync refresh driver on Windows. r=kats
However, after that, the ads should not flicker.

Can you reproduce with e10s off? If not, can you reproduce in e10s with all of your add-ons disabled? If so, can you narrow down which addon(s) are involved?

As I said in comment #0, The problem does not happen without e10s.
This happens only with e10s.
No addon installed. I just tested with newly created profile.

I also encountered this issue:
I opened two windows and played a Flash youtube video in both windows. The result can be seen in the gif attached. If I open another tab in each window and focus one of the new opened tabs, image will not flicker anymore.
I tested using latest Nightly 40.0a1 on Windows 8.1 64-bit

This may be Bug 1152326, because the regresion window is different.
