xperf tests have been permafailing with https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=8624670&repo=mozilla-inbound since this landed.

We're going to land add-on signing preffed off for now so it won't break talos immediately.

:mossop, if you want to land the original patch outlined in bug 1038068, I have tested it locally and it works.  Still working on fixing the selfsupport preference change as it somehow references a new font file that it didn't before.

As discussed over IRC, when accessing dummy HTTPS URLs from Talos an SSL error page is displayed, not a blank page as with the HTTP case, thus hitting a font which is not whitelisted.

We should be safe to whitelist this URL.
