Wrong bug, remove ni, sorry.

Legacy issue, I tried to remove the step3 "press power key to lock screen", and it is still reproducible. Not sure music or video should handle this. Suggest to backlog this.

This should be a known issue though we didn't find it before, we only have the plan(Bug 1089539) to fix on v3.
