We've got a report, that in Czech Firefox build the browser/chrome/browser/pageInfo.properties:mediaDimensionsScaled string is in English, even if localized in the repositories. I can confirm this in current release (37.0.1) as well as the latest nightly. I double checked the string localization and doesn't seem broken to me. Maybe other languages can be affected, so filing here. If this component is a wrong place, just move it please.
Moving over to toolkit, video/audio controls. This string is hardcoded in http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/content/widgets/videocontrols.xml#1203.
Component: Page Info Window → Video/Audio Controls
Product: Firefox → Toolkit
Summary: pageInfo.properties:mediaDimensionsScaled translation is ignored → " scaled to " in video statistics not localizable
Fixed via fixing bug 1270853.
