+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1151537 +++

The Firefox and Thunderbird hot fixes need to be signed with special certificates. The add-ons will be signed by Mozilla certificates prior to upload, so we need to be sure not to overwrite them either on review or during mass signing.
