STR:
Load debug build into the flame device.
After the initial boot, complete FTE, then restart the phone.

Actual:
The phone screen never powers up
Expected:
Phone reboots normally.

I do see following line appearing periodically when the screen is dark after the restart.  Perhaps it's related to Bug 1110010?

As a side note, when B2G is restarted by python marionette on-device test, the screen times out during the bootup even when the screen timeout value is set to never.  Pressing the power button enables the screen again.  I'm thinking maybe it is the same issue, and will look at it again after this issue is resolved.
