We should disable this menu option or at least, make it much harder to find. One serious issue with this feature is that there are hang issues on macs with plugins and non-e10s windows under e10s (bug 1155976).
I suspect we want the option for debugging purposes to ask people "does this reproduce in a non-e10s window?", so let's keep this through beta for now.
