move all my "tracking" bug to "M1"

what a hack. I have not touch mozilla code for 2 years. I didn't read these bugs for 2 years. And they are still there. Just close them as won't fix to clean up.

As for the Arabic measurement bug - that's your call as the reporter. But this is a meta bug for tracking BiDi selection, it doesn't go away because you can't be the assignee. I'm reopening, please find someone else to assign this to (the QA contact? Somebody else? I'm not sure how these things work around here) or just leave it the way it is, it's not as though the assignee of a meta bug means all that much.

Thanks to Uri, there's no problem with logical selection in Arabic and Bidi texts anymore. I'm not aware of visual selection problems.

Marking all tracking bugs which haven't been updated since 2014 as INCOMPLETE. If this bug is still relevant, please reopen it and move it into a bugzilla component related to the work being tracked. The Core: Tracking component will no longer be used.
