User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/42.0.2311.90 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
I used the Firefox "Refresh" option.
Actual results:
The personal certificates I had on my browser, Firefox, got deleted and the "refresh" option didn't automatically import them back in. Now I can't access my banking account.
Expected results:
I expected nothing of importance to be deleted during the "refresh" but incidentally the most important thing did.

You should find your old profile folder on your desktop, in a folder named Old Firefox Data. While Firefox is closed, copy the cert8.db from there into your current profile folder.

Hello Gingerbread Man, I already did that. It only added the certificates under the general ones, not personal, and they are labelled as unknown/incomplete and I'm prompted to "import" them.
Hello guys, it's me again. I resolved the issue by copying/overwriting the whole contents of my old profile into my new one.
The certificates are back and working again. Thanks to Gingerbread Man for his input and help.
