With APZC enabled on Windows 8.1, if you go to tag a photo on Facebook, you will not be able to initiate the tag creation UI. You can name auto-detected faces (though this is still quite finnicky), but clicking 'Tag photo' does nothing. Probably related to bug 1158730.
This also appears to work now :)
