Details
If I use a test filter, say `--filter tab` then there is no reason to pack panel tests in the addon used for testing the sdk with jpm. In this use case the any test that does not match `/tab/` should not be packaged. In the case of using jpm-mobile on an emulator this should decrease the amount of time tests take to run.
