User Story

tl;dir there is a fast-moving effort currently to fix a large number of polish bugs in the tools. We are using the [devedition-40] whiteboard flag to track candidate bugs, and I am logging this bug so the work is more visible to elan *without* having 100+ candidate bugs block something. In particular, we are not going to fix all of these bugs, so the first search link below is the more important indicator of actual work done as it just tracks what bugs we fixed.
