Steps to reproduce:
- Install TB 38 beta 4.
- Click the menu button and choose "Add-Ons"
Actual result: The suggested add-ons include Lightning, which is already part of the installation.
Expected result: Already installed add-ons should not be suggested.

This is marked as blocking a FirefoxOS release although it's a TB bug. I think you must have mis-clicked :)

This isn't easy to do, I believe, because the suggested add-ons page doesn't have a list of add-ons already installed. Lightning was removed from featured add-ons, so we should be good here now.
