Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0
Build ID: 20150503173159
Steps to reproduce:
Go to Tools/Options
Go to Security group
<alt>P to go to Saved Passwords
Actual results:
Nothing happens. The <cntrl>P doesn't work.
Almost equally bad, it doesn't remember the group you were on: close that tab, do Tools/Options again: you're back to General. that's a big loss of function for those of us who use the Saved Passwords feature a lot.
Expected results:
<cntrl>P should have gone to Saved Passwords, and when the Preferences tab was reopened, it should go back where it was last time.

You need to press Shift + Alt + P, because Alt + Key is for the menu bar.

In the future, please don't conflate separate issues in a single bug report.
