Description:
If the user imports contacts from gmail or outlook before importing contacts from a SIM, the '# contacts imported' notification does not fully appear on the screen. Only the top part is seen, and not enough to be read.
This occurs in the FTU and the Contacts app itself
After importing from a SIM, the entire banner will appear for subsequent gmail / outlook imports.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150507064907
2) During the FTU, import contacts from gmail or outlook before importing from a SIM

Actual:
# of contacts imported banner does not fully appear on the screen

Expected:
Banner will fully appear on the screen

With Flame device and latest master build (9/4) I am not able to reproduce this bug. I've tried the STR included in the description during the FTU and inside Contacts application without seeing the issue.

Resolving the bug as Worksforme but setting qawanted so QA people or reporter can confirm the bug is fixed.

I can confirm that this issue is no longer occurring. I flashed to an older build, followed STR and reproduced the bug. Then I flashed to today's build, did the same STR, and the banner/toaster notification of number of contacts imported appeared correctly.

Issue no longer occurs on:
