Collector should have some kind of status endpoint that we can use for health checks. Ideally it would return stats about recent collections. Even better if we could get some info from crashmover too like how many files were on disk last time it ran. Lars, you mentioned in IRC that there was something like this already implemented that didn't land that might be useful as a starting point.

I think this is still good to have, but does not need to block AWS production IMHO.

Antenna has health-related API endpoints for Service Ops needs. I'm going to mark this as FIXED and block it on the Antenna work.
