https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1163845#c3 <- I did this review this morning and from the MozReview interface I checked the "Ship It" box, and none of my comments were "open issues". I was the only reviewer and there was only patch, so MozReview should have marked the bugzilla flag as r+ but didn't. Maybe it got confused by the renaming of the bugzilla attachment?

(Posted by accident to bug 1163845) Sorry, same old issue--you have to Ship It on the parent review request (https://reviewboard.mozilla.org/r/8597/) in order to get an r+ in the attachment. We know this is entirely nonobvious; we're switching this behaviour very soon. Duping this bug to that one so you can follow along.
