On a B2G debug build with the latest inbound (43657:6d24046cb041) I get an infinite boot loop.

It seems that we are failing this assertion.

Assertion failure: timestamp <= PR_Now(), at ../../../dom/quota/QuotaManager.cpp:2398
I forgot to mention. This is only happening after an adb reboot.
