STR: 1) open any app that is tablet mode compliant 2) swipe down from the top of the display result: a touch friendly overlay titlebar displays giving you the ability to close the application. 2) open firefox 3) restore the window using left edge swipe (separate bug) result: firefox displays a titlebar 4) edge swipe down result: nothing happens
This is working for Philipp... Anything unique about your setup, or using an older build?

Just to be clear: 0. switch to tablet mode 1. switch to firefox notice how we have titlebar buttons. "modern" apps like the settings app etc. do not have such buttons. They show a titlebar-like overlay when you swipe down from the top, that only has a close button. Essentially, styling-wise, we should probably look like we do in fullscreen when we are in tablet mode, plus we'd need edge-swipe support to show the 'right' titlebar etc. It's unlikely that as "classic" windows apps we'll get any of this for free any time soon.

Half of this got fixed in bug 1164675 in that we now only show the close [x] button, not the two others. I don't think that without proper Windows touch support we can implement the other half.
