Double Loading Bars
STR:
1. visit any app listing in marketplace for a desktop app.
2. click install button in DOM.
3. When the install info door hanger opens up top near the back button, click install.
4. Switch tabs to a new tab.
5. Switch back.
Expected:
Be able to view installation progress in door hanger near back button.
Actual:
It's gone. Further, if I click install again, it comes back with 2 loading bars.

I can only repro this with large apps that would take a while to download, like the one linked in the URL field for this bug. Not sure if this bug is what's preventing it from downloading fully?

Per bug 1238079, we're going to disable the desktop web runtime and remove it from the codebase, so we won't fix these bugs in it.
