RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1164952

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0
Build ID: 20150513174244

Steps to reproduce:

Ensure you are using a "Windows Basic" theme (not Aero) in Windows 7. Launch Firefox Developer Edition (40). Make sure the developer "dark" theme is selected in Firefox although the default theme also seems problematic at times. Other themes like "Space" seem to function normally.

I tried the following to fix this before filing a bug: reset Firefox, reinstalled, created a new profile.

Actual results:

The Window decorations and borders (that you'd use to drag) are missing, but the controls (close, minimize, etc.) are shown. The window can't be moved because there is no place to grab.

Expected results:

Until a recent build released within the last week, the window decorations were shown normally. I think this began with the first build to prompt for enabling multi-threaded support. Firefox 38 works normally and older developer builds (40 branch) were working until recently.
I posted this using FF 38, but it only affects the FF Developer Edition 40 branch.
