I downloaded 0.9.7 two days ago, uninstalled 0.9.6, and installed it. In the past two days it happened twice that the title bar started to flash twice a second. The button of the application in the windows95 taskbar started to flash synchronous. Otherwise the application seemed to function normally. First time it was a browser window, second time a mail/news window. Reading pages online, downloading mail and opening new mozilla windows worked well, they didn't flash. No particular action seems to invoke this, one time it happened while I was away from the machine.
