Details
Comparing the two-finger-scroll-performance on precision touchpads between Nightly and Edge, Nightly feels really indirect. It starts with a delay and then keeps lagging behind.

APZ has been enabled since this bug was filled, and if the trackpad ia generating wheel events, it should be taking effect here. Philipp, is this still an issue on the latest nightly?
