Recently I'm crashing on almost every shutdown. These crashes are in _pthread_mutex_lock, on the CacheIO thread. Example report (all these crashes look exactly the same): bp-785246d2-9e32-408b-9649-b02032150520 I haven't been able to crash a build with bug 1150252 backed out, which might indicate that bug 1150252 is responsible for this.
