Using Firefox Developer Edition on a Macbook Pro with Retina, and a Dell external display.

If a tab is dragged from a window on one display to a window (existing or new) on the other, the page is still rendered at the pixel ratio of the previous display - so all elements are either zoomed in or out 2x.

This persists when refreshing the tab or resizing the window, but is resolved if the window is moved between monitors.

The issue is not present when the e10s/multi-process Firefox option is switched off.
