Hi William, Per comment 2, I have rechecked this problem on Flame 2.1/2.2/3.0, after filling the application storage to less than 5 MB and restarting device, user can make a phone call normally. Hi William, I have tried the CMCC/CU SIM cards without SIM PIN enabled(Case1: slot1: CMCC, slot2: CU; Case2: slot1: CU, slot2: CMCC), after filling the application storage to less than 5 MB and restarting device, I can make a phone call normally too. Hi William, On latest Flame2.0 build, I also have tried the CMCC/CU SIM cards without SIM PIN enabled(Case1: slot1: CMCC, slot2: CU; Case2: slot1: CU, slot2: CMCC), the results are as follow: * After filling the application storage to less than 5 MB and restarting device, wait for more than 10 minutes, the device cannot recognize the two SIM cards. * I can make out emergency call (911) normally. After I make out the emergency call, the SIM 1 will be recognized and I can make a call successfully. But the SIM 2 still cannot be recognized. Hi Josh, On latest Nexus5 2.2/3.0 build, we get the same result as that in comment 7.The Contacts, Message, Settings apps can't work. Besides, on N5 2.2, the soft home button cannot be displayed, on N5 3.0, the soft home button can be displayed, but device has no response when I tap the button.
