I am also seeing this bug in FxOS master version (with Loop master version installed) but it's working fine in 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 FxOS builds. [Blocking Requested - why for this release]: Not sure what's the policy regarding Loop app, but would this qualify as a 3.0 blocker? (since not being able to login to Hello app is is sort of critical bug) I'll nom it and if it isn't we can turn it off.

Yes. The FxOS Hello app is not supported at the moment and Hello app related bugs are not blockers for 3.0
