Details
Remembrance of "keep download window open after completed download" should be
different for each mime type. E.g. I'd like to be able to keep track of a .exe
download progress, whereas when I open a .ram file, I want the window to close
immediately. Then it could be edited afterwards from prefs->navigator/helper apps

There may be an easier way, simply close those files that are automatically
opened, even if they're checked to be open.
More correct, don't even display the "keep window open" option if chosen "open
using..." instead of "save as"
There is already a bug for not keeping the progress dialog open when opening
with a helper app, I think.
Targetting this feature for sometime in future.
