Steps To Reproduce:
1. Enable apz and restart
layers.async-pan-zoom.enabled =true
2. Open any long page
(e.g. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/desktop/?utm_source=snippet&utm_medium=snippet&utm_campaign=default+feature+snippet )
3. Open Print Preview
4. Scroll up and down with mouse wheel
Actual Results:
Gray background rendering slow.
(looks like a curtain comes up/down)
Expected Results:
Not slow.

Print previewing probably hasn't been tested much or at all with APZ, and it has a different frame tree, so I could see things not working properly.

Print preview has a gradient in the background that is background-attachment: fixed, so I think bug 1166301 will fix this.
