A rowspan in between two cells still exhibits the border of the joint cells with a one text line spreading on the two cells. A border-collapse issue, I bet... and I'm pretty sure we have a bug on this already.

I wonder if it's Bug 347335
my recent fixes of bug 1405929 or 1421887 could probably fix this. I will confirm this.
