So that different platform engineers can add things like: * Number of webgl draw calls per frame * How many textures are loaded by the compositor for that frame * Etc... Then we can expose this data for specific frames, or in aggregate in the frontend (potentially behind different prefs and/or show-platform-data depending on the thing recorded).
